Every visit is tailored to your cat's routine. No hidden fees, no surprises — just devoted, professional care.

Standard
Monday to Sunday (excluding bank holidays)
Bank holidays
+£5 per visit on bank holidays
Every visit includes
Visits are typically 15–30 minutes. Extended visits may be available on request and may carry an additional charge — just get in touch to discuss.

Good to know
Key collection
Free of charge — collected at your meet-and-greet or dropped off beforehand.
Late booking fee
A £10 fee applies to bookings made within 24 hours of the first visit.
Cancellation
Cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice: 10% of the booking fee. Less than 24 hours' notice: 50% of the booking fee.
Additional household tasks
Happy to water plants, feed fish, or help with other reasonable requests at no extra charge.
Vet visits
Routine vet appointments cannot be accommodated during a booking. In an emergency, I am authorised to seek veterinary care on your behalf. Scheduled vet visits (e.g. pre-arranged appointments) carry a £15 fee. Injectable medications can be arranged for an additional charge.
No overnight stays
I offer drop-in visits only — I do not provide overnight or live-in sitting.
Meet-and-greet
All new clients receive a complimentary meet-and-greet so I can get to know your cat and their routine before any booking.
Service area
I cover Whitton, St Margaret's, Twickenham, Isleworth, Hounslow and the surrounding area.
